I have made many of this type stocking. over 20. This is the first time that the felt is not preprinted with the shapes. I have started it and find that the patterns to cut from seem to be larger than the stocking needs. I expect I will be able to snug them in and will end up with a nice result. This one is for my future Grand-daughter in law and I want it to be special. I have made them for 3 children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren, plus some more for special friends. It is quite a nice pattern.
